    I would like to thank you guys for the information you put out in this podcast. I have searched for other podcasts with solid and entertaining content and have come up empty handed each time. Your approach to training starting from the basics has been the most comprehensive and interesting I have found, outside of reading starting strength BBT 3 and practical programming. You guys have filled in many gaps and given new ways to think about training and also the rewards other than just physical strength. Thank you again and I’m looking forward to more episodes to come.
