How To Pin Bench Press
Gym Shorts videos provide short video demonstrations of correct form for various exercises.
Follow these steps:
- Start from the top (not from the safety pins)
- Set the pins 2″-4″ above your chest
- Lower the bar slowly
- At the bottom: lightly touch the pins, pause, and keep the bar’s eight in your hands
- Keep ACTIVE LEGS and STAY TIGHT at the bottom
- Press straight back to the starting position
