    Totally agree with the squatter’s elbow – I’m experiencing for the first time it at about 300 lb sets across on LP. Glad to know my instinct about relaxing the grip, trying a new hand position isn’t too far off the mark.

    You guys mentioned (very briefly) a video with Rip showing an updated elbow position – have you got a direct link to that one? Thanks
