Ian Rossi

Ian Rossi has worked in the wine industry in the Finger Lakes region of New York for over 10 years. Passionate about customer service, he manages the busiest tasting room in the Finger Lakes. He’s been a long-time lifter who’s competed in multiple powerlifting competitions since entering the gym over 20 years ago. Ian understands first-hand the importance of strength training and dietary adjustments, as he’s used a combination of the two to lose over 90 pounds at the towering height of 5’4″.

In his downtime, Ian has a passion for pursuing optimal health, racing automobiles, hiking, reading, and studying economics.
