Adam is a Starting Strength Coach and Staff Coach for BLOC and operates his barbell studio, the infamous Sweat-a-torium, in Seattle, Washington. He has been working with the Starting Strength model for over four years and actively competes in the United States Strengthlifting meets for the past two. He’s dedicated to making his trainees stronger through barbells to achieve their goals and loves showing newcomers to they gym the power of strength training. If he’s not coaching or training he’s reading a book, riding a bike, or performing comedy on stage.
