Together, we work on the strategies that will make any food program work with the right strategies for shopping, cooking, eating slowly, eating for hunger and eating just enough.

Nutrition Club is an affordable group nutrition service that focuses on the strategies, actions, and tools needed to meet your goals. Nutrition Club is delivered in a group setting and is an excellent supplement to our Premium Nutrition Service which offers customized one-on-one coaching and accountability.

Heck no! For most people, learning how to regulate their eating through the use of the skills we teach is enough. Feeding your body from the inside out, rather than using numbers to determine when and how to eat – that’s the holy grail we want to share with you. That being said, we understand that everyone has different needs and goals. Should you want or need to take it up a notch, we’re available for consultation or individualized coaching to help you tweak things so you can optimize your progress or ensure proper workout fueling and recovery. So while it’s likely you won’t start there, you may choose to go there at some point. But for many, weight management can be achieved without ever tracking or counting.

Work on mastering the skills, learn how to determine portion sizes and the results will speak.

Depends! Do you need to? Do you want to? If that’s your goal, we will help guide you there. If weight gain is your goal – we’ll help you there as well. For either, it all depends on how much you weigh to begin, and how you personally approach the process. Fat loss and gain (unlike barbell lifting) isn’t linear, but consistent action will lead you where you seek to go.
