Lean in 12
Feel strong, sharp, and back in control. Without losing the hours your career already claims.
A 12-week nutrition and strength coaching program built for a demanding career: daily accountability, weekly video check-ins, and a coach who adjusts the plan around your travel schedule, not the other way around.
Next cohort starts September 28
What you actually get
Structure for the next 12 weeks, not another app you have to manage yourself.
You already know what to do. What's usually missing isn't knowledge, it's someone checking that you actually did it, especially on the weeks a work trip or a packed calendar gets in the way. This adds accountability, not more information.
Daily accountability, not a log you forget about
Snap a photo of what you eat, hotel room, client dinner, or your own kitchen. Your coach reviews it and responds every day, so one busy week doesn't quietly undo the last one.
"I have already lost 15 lbs and people notice! Coach Anthony was communicative and supportive throughout. I was skeptical at first but partially through the program and I'm already very satisfied."
A real weekly deep-dive, on video
Weight, waist, and progress photos every two weeks, plus a personal video review of what's working and what to adjust before your next trip or crunch week throws off the plan.
"For as long as I could remember, I have been trying to lose weight. Until recently, I have been stuck in a perpetual cycle of dieting and loss followed by rapid, undesired weight gain..."
Strength coaching, built in, not sold separately
Your nutrition coach checks in on your training too, so you don't just lose weight. You keep the strength, the energy, and the muscle you're building, worked around your travel schedule and the equipment you actually have access to.
"The biggest benefit is the mental gains. Starting my day out early with difficult training makes running my business and meeting my duties as a husband and father far less daunting."

Additional resources

Eating outA guide to how body fat and testosterone are connected as you age, and why the boring, consistent habits your coach holds you accountable to move the needle more than any shortcut.
Body Fat & TestosteroneReal results
From clients getting real results without slowing down at work.
Real people fitting this in around demanding jobs, travel, and families of their own.
"I have already lost 15 lbs and people notice! Coach Anthony was communicative and supportive throughout. I was skeptical at first but partially through the program and I'm already very satisfied."
"For as long as I could remember, I have been trying to lose weight. Until recently, I have been stuck in a perpetual cycle of dieting and loss followed by rapid, undesired weight gain. I now believe I have broken that cycle, though the work is not finished. The change came slowly, through a series of decisions that made weight loss a genuine priority and helped me develop the habits to sustain it."
"The biggest benefit is the mental gains. Starting my day out early with difficult training makes running my business and meeting my duties as a husband and father far less daunting. The strength and physical changes are awesome too."
"As a former professional athlete, I always thought of myself as someone able to push myself beyond the edge of comfort to improve. I believed I'd be this way forever. It wasn't until I started getting professional coaching from BLOC in the beginning of 2019, when I was in my early 40s, that I realized my will had softened, limiting the results I was getting from my training..."
Before you decide
The questions busy professionals ask before they join.
Answered here so you're not left wondering.
I already have a lot going on. I don't have time to add one more thing.
The daily log takes under two minutes, a photo, not a spreadsheet. Your coach does the reviewing and the thinking. Most clients fold it into a routine they already have, like their morning coffee or their commute.
I travel constantly. Will this actually work for me?
Yes. Hotel breakfast, airport food, a client dinner, whatever it is, you photograph it and your coach adjusts around it. The plan is built to survive a real travel schedule, not a fantasy one.
How much training am I actually signing up for on top of everything else?
Programming fits around whatever training days you already have available, typically two or three sessions a week. Your coach sets the volume and intensity around a travel-heavy schedule, not the other way around.
Is this real coaching, or just another app telling me what to do?
One coach, reviewing your food log and your training, every week. Not a rotating support queue, and not a static plan you're left to interpret on your own.
I'm not sure I'll be disciplined enough without someone checking in constantly.
That's the point. Daily accountability replaces relying on willpower. If you miss a day, your coach follows up, so consistency doesn't depend on how motivated you feel that morning. A successful client hits around 90% consistency, not 100%.

Frequently asked questions
The basics, answered.
Who is Lean in 12 best for?
New clients who want fat loss and strength development, and who thrive with personalized coaching, structure, and accountability.
Is strength coaching really included?
Yes. Every Lean in 12 client gets Online Coaching built into their program: training programming, form checks, feedback, and performance guidance.
How is Lean in 12 different from Nutrition Coaching?
Lean in 12 is a structured 12-week fat loss program with a clear plan to follow, no guesswork. Nutrition Coaching is fully personalized and ongoing, with a coach adjusting your plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and progress.
- Lean in 12: a simple, structured plan for fast fat loss
- Nutrition Coaching: customized coaching for long-term results
When does the program start?
The next cohort starts September 28. Lean in 12 runs in cohorts, so everyone starts and finishes together.
How much time does this program require?
Expect a few minutes a day for food logging, 2 to 4 strength sessions per week, a written weekly check-in, and three scheduled video calls.
What results can I expect?
Most clients experience noticeable fat loss, a smaller waist, improved muscle definition, stronger training performance, more energy, and far better nutrition habits.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You choose how you want to continue. Most clients stay with Online Coaching and transition to Personalized Nutrition Coaching because long-term support helps maintain results, but it's always optional and you're in full control.
Want to talk first?
Talk to a coach about what fits your life right now.
Twenty minutes. Tell us about your schedule, your travel, what you've tried before, and what hasn't stuck. We'll tell you honestly whether Lean in 12 or ongoing coaching is the better starting point.
No obligation. A real coach, not a sales rep.
