While there is no one-size-fits-all approach, we believe that strength training is the foundation of maintaining peak readiness with low injury rates, that strong individuals make strong units, and that barbell-based strength training is the best way to stay fit, functional, and healthy.

Our premier service. We deliver expert flexible coaching for your service members through a smartphone or computer anywhere in the world. Comes with rapid video feedback, personalized programming, and video calls with a coach. Service members have a personal coach.

➢ Best For: special operations & other smaller units (e.g., EOD) to meet high physical demands


The Tactical Athlete Program Educates and trains junior leaders in technique analysis & coaching, goal-driven programming, and basics of exercise science, all online. Provides science-grounded knowledge with practical coaching methodologies service members can use during physical training. Designed to be completed within 8-10 hours of online study. Trainers also receive personalized coaching.

➢ Best for: larger conventional active duty units with physically rigorous demands (e.g. security forces, Infantry, pilots)


AI technology offers adaptable strength and conditioning coaching to Airmen anywhere in the world. Designed to address service members’ & units’ goals. This remains to be developed.

➢ Best for: Guard or Reserve units or less physically demanding active duty units


We offer 2 options: personalized 1-on-1 coaching or guided nutrition. Personalized coaching involves monthly video calls and bi-weekly feedback. Guided nutrition offers 3 pathways for service members to develop habits through educational resources and metrics tracking.
