Erin Stanton is an Assistant Strength Coach at Next Level Barbell in Portland Oregon. She played a variety of sports growing up including soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.
In her early 20’s, Erin started barbell training with the Starting Strength model. She quickly discovered a love for the sport of powerlifting/strengthlifting and has gone on to hold multiple world records and championships. Her best lifts are a 565lb squat, 265lb bench, 170lb press, and 505lb deadlift.
Outside of the gym, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring hiking trails in the Northwest, and drinking coffee.
