Dan Flanick has been coaching strength & conditioning since 2011. He has substantial experience in the weight room as a collegiate athlete, former college strength and conditioning coach and now, gym owner. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, Master’s degree in education from Baylor University, and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
From 2013-2014 Dan interned with the Cornell University Strength & Conditioning staff. From 2014-2015, Dan attended graduate school at Baylor University where he worked with the Athletic Performance Staff as an Athletic Performance Coach. He has gathered extensive experience working with young athletes, high school through college age.
Currently, Dan owns Skaneateles Strength & Conditioning in Central NY with his brother-in-law, sister, and wife. He lives in Auburn, NY with his wife, Taylor and dog, Mowgli.
