The Unbound Collective

- Session Duration: No greater than 90 minutes/session
- Focus: Strength, power, hypertrophy, and conditioning using a loose Conjugate method framework

This group loves lifting heavy barbells, seeking an excellent pump with dumbbells, machines, or kettlebells, and working up a good sweat–all while leaving enough gas for the rest of the demands of our lives. We love to train–simply because we can. Outcomes and progress are the product of our relentless consistency. Our success lies in the process. Join us and learn to love training for training’s sake.
Strong Moms

- Focus: Kid-friendly schedules
A strong mom knows the power of caring for herself, enabling her to better care for others and being a role model for her children. This group is designed for busy moms who pour their hearts into family life but still want to prioritize their strength and well-being. The workouts are effective, efficient, and tailored to demanding schedules. Your coach adjusts the plan to fit your unique routine, helping you stay consistent and strong alongside other busy moms on this journey
Fuel Your Training with Nutrition Coaching
Add Nutrition Coaching to your coaching plan for only $150/month
Nutrition Coaching includes a personalized dietary plan, guidance from an expert nutrition coach, and monthly video calls with your coach to help you stay on track.
Your Barbell Logic Nutrition Coaching starts with a detailed questionnaire and three days of a visual food diary. You are then matched with an expert coach who will review your information and schedule a private video call to get to know you better.
Within 48 hours of your call, your coach will deliver a Nutrition Strategy based on your nutrition history, current eating habits, and goals. You will track progress each week in an app, allowing your coach to follow along and monitor your progress. You’ll receive feedback from your coach in response to your updates at least twice a week to ensure you’re making progress.
Each month, you and your coach will schedule a video call to discuss your progress, obstacles, and any adjustments that need to be made to the strategy. You can also purchase and schedule additional calls, as needed.
Please note: Nutrition Coaching is only available in combination with an Online Strength Coaching plan. We do not offer Nutrition Coaching as a standalone service.
