Lean in 12
Feel strong, steady, and like yourself again. Without losing the hours your family needs from you.
A 12-week nutrition program built for real life, layered on top of the strength coaching you already have: daily accountability, weekly video check-ins, and a coach who adjusts the plan when your week doesn't cooperate.
Next cohort starts September 28
What you actually get
Structure for the next 12 weeks, not one more thing to figure out alone.
You're not chasing a personal record. You want to feel less bloated, less exhausted by decision fatigue, more confident in your outfits, and have energy left at the end of the day. It's not that you're not working hard enough. You just need a coach in your corner who understands your life.
Daily accountability, not a log you forget about
Snap a photo of what you eat. Your coach reviews it and responds, every day, not just on check-in day. No calorie math required from you, and no judgment on the days that don't go as planned.
"The most impactful element of the program is knowing another human will review my food diary."
A real weekly deep-dive, on video
Weight, waist, and progress photos every two weeks, plus a personal video review of what's working, what isn't, and what to adjust for the week ahead.
"1 month in and I noticed my clothes are looser today. Might not be able to breathe, but I got another notch on my lifting belt. I'll call it a win."
Nutrition coaching that works with the strength coaching you already have
Your nutrition coach checks in on the training you're already doing, so you don't just lose weight. You keep the muscle, the energy, and the strength you're building along the way, and your two coaches stay lined up on how your nutrition is affecting your lifts.
"I started box squats with just a dumbbell because of C-section and pelvic pain. Four months later, I'm up to 70 lb, and the pain is so much better."
How it works
Four stages over 12 weeks, so you're never guessing what's next.

Strong through the ShiftsReal results
From clients balancing this with a full, busy life.
Real people navigating the same juggling act: kids, work, and a body they want to feel strong in again.
"I've dropped 10 pounds and 7 notches on my lifting belt. I've reduced snacking on fatty, salty foods. I've increased my protein intake and reduced my overall fat intake. For me, the most impactful element of the program is knowing another human will review my food diary!"
"1 month in and I noticed my clothes are looser today. As I was warming up for my squat, I realized I could get another notch on the lifting belt! Might not be able to breathe, but I could do it! I'll call it a win."
"Training gives me a daily dose of energy and positivity, which translates into being a better mom, partner, and overall happier person."
"BLOC is so accessible. I started in my early 40s with zero experience, and I've never had a significant injury. I've gained real confidence and strength."
Before you decide
The questions parents ask before they join.
Answered here so you're not left wondering.
I barely have time to log my own meals, let alone add one more thing.
The daily log takes a couple of minutes, a photo, not a spreadsheet. Your coach does the reviewing and the thinking. Most clients fold it into a routine they already have, like packing the kids' lunch or making their own plate.
I don't want to get bulky. I just want to feel strong again.
Lean in 12 is built for fat loss and real body recomposition. You keep or build lean muscle while the scale and the waist measurement move in the direction you want. "Bulky" isn't a byproduct of this kind of programming, especially at the pace and volume your coach sets for you.
I'm nervous about the strength training part. I'm worried about hurting myself.
Training is coached and adjusted around anything that hurts or feels unfamiliar. You're not handed a generic program. Your coach checks your form and your consistency the same way they check your food log.
Do I have to work out at a gym?
No. Your strength coaching is built around whatever equipment you actually have access to, at home or in a gym.
What happens if I miss a day of logging, or a workout?
Nothing punitive. Your coach follows up, not to shame you, but to help you get back on track before a missed day turns into a missed week. A successful client hits around 90% consistency, not 100%.

Frequently asked questions
The basics, answered.
Who is Lean in 12 best for?
Current strength coaching clients who want a focused fat loss push, and who do best with structure, frequent interaction, and high accountability.
When does the program start?
The next cohort starts September 28. Lean in 12 runs in cohorts, so everyone starts and finishes together.
How is Lean in 12 different from Nutrition Coaching?
Lean in 12 is a structured 12-week fat loss program with a clear plan to follow, no guesswork. Nutrition Coaching is fully personalized and ongoing, with a coach adjusting your plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and progress.
- Lean in 12: a simple, structured plan for fast fat loss
- Nutrition Coaching: customized coaching for long-term results
How much time does this program require?
Expect a few minutes a day for mindset and planning, a few minutes a day for food logging, a written weekly check-in, and three scheduled video calls, all on top of the strength training you're already doing.
What results can I expect?
Most clients experience noticeable fat loss, a smaller waist, improved muscle definition, stronger training performance, more energy, and far better nutrition habits.
After the 12 weeks, do I have to commit to Personalized Nutrition?
No, continuing with Personalized Nutrition is not required. After Lean in 12 ends, clients are automatically enrolled in our Personalized Nutrition service at $100 per month, but you may opt out at any time with no penalty.
Most clients choose to continue because long-term support helps maintain momentum, sustain fat loss, and keep improving habits without slipping back into old patterns. The accountability is lighter than Lean in 12 but still provides consistent guidance, regular check-ins, and expert feedback as your goals evolve.
If you prefer to continue independently, that's completely up to you. You're always in control of your coaching experience.
