Each week, we shine the spotlight on one of our online coaching clients. The simple idea of making ourselves stronger through training brings together people of all different backgrounds and for all different purposes. In sharing our clients’ experiences we hope to share part of what makes our online community of lifters unique.
While all ya all are out there growing muscles, Kelly Thomas is growing muscles AND another human! She is a stay at home mom of two, and 6 months pregnant with her third. She’s been lifting since January under the guidance of coach Liz Zeutschel, who is also pregnant. Baby gainz!

To get stronger and healthier
What do you love about training?
I get 45 minutes to myself where I’m not taking care of a child!
What lifting achievement are you most proud of?
Lifting 95lbs. On bench press while 6 months pregnant!
Did you ever think at any point in your life that someday you’d be as strong as you are now?
What or who gets you to train when your motivation is really low?
I don’t like seeing missed workout on truecoach!
